This shoot was back in 2006.
I’m not 100% sure…but i’m pretty sure it was my first shoot with Audrey. Also, the same day I met Morgan. Who would have thought all these years later we would all still be good friends?? I love those 2 girls!!!
I decided to post these “vintage Audrey Kitching/New York Couture” photos because I found the Vintage Sailboat Print Circle Skirt as I organized the rest of the garments I had in storage. I adore this skirt…the print is super rare…and I love this photo…but i’m sure one of you is dying to own this piece…so I put it on SALE.
Audrey is already itty bitty…but she’s just a little tiny girl in these photos. And without the pink hair!!! This is when it all started!
So the actual shoot was in NYC. Back then I was part of a designer collective on Crosby Street called “Burrow”…it closed 2+ years ago. But…when it was open I would do shoots all the time on the streets of NYC on the days I had to be at the co-op. These are all taken right outside.

I think Audrey looks GREAT in these photos! But I love her look even more now-a-days!
Her and I both prove what a few years of SUPER hard work can get you…look at all the great things Audrey is doing with her line at Hot Topic/ect…and look at all the magazines and celebrities that love New York Couture.
Moral of the story is…follow your dreams…and they will come true!!
