I’m sure a lot of you wonder why some items go on sale…while others do not…
so here is why:
The #1 reason
SOLD OUT OR NEARLY SOLD OUT MERCH
If a style is running low…i.e. we nearly sold out…
then we cannot keep it in our lookbook because then when stores try to order something…we won’t have enough for them.
The same goes for magazines, they won’t shoot a style that if they feature it their readers won’t be able to buy.
So whatever is left we just put on sale and move onto the next style.
It’s a win-win…you get a great deal on a popular style…and we make room for the next collection.
#2 reason
Retirement
…this means we are no longer making an item, not because it did not do well…
but could be because we can’t get the fabric anymore, takes too long to make, ect
Here are the retired pieces…get them before they are gone!
Princess Sleeve Top
Retired because it takes too long to hand braid the sides and hand sew on the sequin appliques.
There are maybe 10 left…and are on sale HERE
Zip-up Top
Retired because we can no longer get the zippers, they are literally doll zippers.
Flutter Sleeve Top
Retired because it takes too long to hand braid the sides and hand sew on the sequin appliques.
2-way Top
Retired because the tops use kids vintage tees…and it became too hard to find them.
Ruffle Yoke Dress
Retired because we seem to have many, many, dresses…so we will only have the Ruffle Yoke Tops for now on.
T-Shirt Skirt
Retired to make room for new styles…this was our FIRST skirt ever…so maybe after a few years we’ll bring this bad boy back.
Underbust Vest
Retired because each vest had to be hand altered…took too much time.
Hoody Bolero
Retired because each top had to be hand cut…took too much time…and no manufacturer will do this…and I don’t have the time to do it anymore.
SweatShirt Skirt
Retired…just like it’s sister the T-Shirt Skirt…to make room for new styles.
Denim Skirt
Retired because all the skirts were made from Vintage jeans…and had to be hand cut. Denim is very thick and it ruined both my cutter and my machines (when sewing).
Flutter Sleeve Dress
Retired because it takes too long to hand braid the sides and hand sew on the sequin appliques.
