New York Couture is expecting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That’s right…a little baby is on its way. So what does this mean?? First and MOST IMPORTANT…New York Couture is HERE TO STAY!!! Every season we will continue to release a new collection. Things WILL be a little different this year, but what can be promised is a non-stop of JAW-DROPPING insanely FUN clothing to keep coming…and coming…and coming!!!!
So what’s going to be different? Ok…get ready for it…how or really where you purchase your New York Couture goodies. This means all the events you LOVE to come and get amazing items at discount will be EXTREMELY LIMITED!!!! So NO Young Designers Market the WHOLE ENTIRE winter, NO California, Canada, or other far away states/countries events…sorry this means/includes Bonnaroo, Warped Tour, Lollapalooza, THREAD, and so on. Sorry…Baby in belly means no flying. Good news is we have an event coming up……….

Had this cutesy idea to make a Russian Doll. I’ve ALWAYS loved the wooden ones…so why not make ones you can wear : ) LOTS of BRIGHT colors: vibrant purples, pinks, blues, glowing greens….

Made this dress with LAYERS…and LAYERS of tulle…2 purple, 2 white, about 5 green…accented with vintage laces in blues and seafoams…AND covered with SEQUIN SPARKLE-NESS’S!~!!!

It was funny…during the shooting for the documentary the consensus was I only make REALLLYYY crazy clothes…
